The Crassula has a lot of family: 1500 other species worldwide are counted among the "crassulaceae". One by one they are succulents, but the origin differs. The majority can be found in and around South Africa, especially in the dry coastal strip south of Namibia. The Crassula is also known on Madagascar. Biologists also speak of "leaf successes": plants that store their water in the leaves. That's where the name comes from: the Latin Crassus means thick and meaty. The flowers are small, with a beautiful symmetrical structure. The Crassula is a very easy plant, especially if you regularly go on holiday. He can do without water for two or three weeks! 
Care tips: needs little care. Long shelf life. Air purifying. Ideal temperature 5 - 30 ºC. Lots of light, not in the bright sun. Fertilize once a week. Do not leave excess water in the pot / dish. Keep planting slightly drier in the winter.
